1) All above rules apply to you as a user!
2) Do not post your URL or agency name in your signature line. Within the my profile section of your account, there's a place for you to place your URL to be seen by all board members. This is the only place you are allowed to place it.
3) Do not post advertisements - In the CLASSIFIEDS we allow 1 time per month per company. (If you own a company which offers services unrelated to the content of this site please do not post ANY advertisements on the board whatsoever.
4) Do not 'poach' email addresses. It is against the rules of the site to send SPAM messages to our members to promote your services. We have multiple methods to check if this is being done by agencies so do not make a bad reputation for yourself by doing it, as members are not too fond of this action.
5) Do not use the board as a vehicle to promote your business or attack other businesses which you compete against.
By signing on this site You confirm:
• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I will NOT distribute information which contains:
o explicit and/or offending material;
o pornographic and/or sexual content of any kind;
o spam or junk mail;
o false and/or incorrect information;
o any relation to commercial means.
• I will use this site's services in agreement with the rules and conditions.
• I will follow the rules and instructions listed here. My responsibilities include the completion of sincere and honest letters, directed towards the correct receiver, also applied to the responses to the letters received by me.
• I will NOT publicly share my telephone number, address, other website addresses, or any type of ID by which I can be found on web addresses of other services, or any other communication means in the contents of my letters and messages.

I understand that by breaking this rule, I risk the restriction to the services of this site.

Organizations, companies, and/or any other private users are restricted the use of the site's services. Misuse of the site will be immediately dealt with accordingly.
4.Profile Content - you agree to the fact that the company has the right to view and delete any letters, messages, photographs, entries, and any other materials (content), if they contradict the content policies of the User's Agreement.
Privacy Rights
Arguments Among Participants of the Site - only you are accountable for the way you choose to socialize among the other participants of this program. It is not the responsibility of the company to look after disagreements that may occur among the different members. The company cannot be held responsible for the behaviour and well being of its members. You choose to interact with the other participants at your own risk. In the case of the bride receiving a visa and upon arriving to your country, it turns out the two of you are not compatible - the responsibility of resolving the situation lies with you and your partner.

You understand that with the use of the program, errors may occur, and therefore release AII from being responsible for any loss or damage you may experience from such events. It is not the responsibility of the company to look after disagreements that may occur among the different members. The company cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of its members.
Responsibility Boundaries - In no case can the company be held responsible in reference to its members or third parties for loss or damage experienced by you in the result of using the site's services. The responsibility of the company over you will be restricted by the amount made payable by you to the site of the Wife in Ua agency for any services during the period of your participation in the program during the time of occurrence of complaints.
Guarantee on the Damage/Loss - you agree to guarantee to the Wife in Ua Agency, the company, its employees, agents, and other partners to reimburse any caused losses or unfavourable situations resulted in the misuse of this site, the breach of the given Agreement, or in the case of accusations or complaints made by other participants towards you.
Legal Rights - you understand that any arguments resulted between yourself and Wife in Ua Agency, or relating to the use of the site and its services, will be dealt with based on Ukranian legal rights system.
